2023-2026 Strategic Plan Draft Survey

Since May 2023, the municipal council and the administration have been working together to develop a new strategic plan for 2023-2026. On July 13, Council adopted a draft strategic plan and mandated the administration to consult the citizens of the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet to validate and improve its content.

In addition to setting out the Township's vision, mission and corporate values, the strategic plan draft proposes 4 strategic axes and 12 strategies. It is an ambitious but realistic plan.

Implementation of the strategic plan will be ensured by an action plan with measurable performance indicators (priority actions), which will be drawn up following public comments and recommendations.

Once adopted in the fall, the 2023-2026 strategic plan will set the roadmap for our future.
