The Wendover Industrial Park is a 28.5-acre parcel of land, currently under development, located along Highway 17 (locally known as County Road 17). The land is divided into 20 lots of 0.86 to 1.31 acres and is zoned Light industrial- exception 5 (ML-5), which can accommodate a variety of businesses (kindly refer to Zoning By-Law 2025-54 for permitted uses).
The Park is located 52 km east of Ottawa and 140 km west of Montreal, ideal for accessing interprovincial markets and trade opportunities. Lots in the industrial park will be fully serviced with municipal water and sewer, as well as three-phase electricity, natural gas, and high-speed internet (fiber optics).
Lots 1 to 6 facing County Road 17 are considered premium lots and have a sale price of $250,000/acre, prorated. The remaining 14 lots have a sale price of $225,000/acre, prorated. The Township is currently accepting letters of intent from interested parties.
